Elliot began his legal career as an in-house attorney for the New York State School Administrators’ Association, representing school administrators and supervisors and working closely with unions across New York State. He later transitioned into municipal government and was appointed Corporation Counsel for the City of Jamestown, New York, where he served as chief legal advisor to city leadership. In that role, Elliot handled a wide range of legal matters involving municipal litigation, complex labor and union negotiations, and counsel to city officials.
Today, Elliot draws on this extensive litigation and negotiation background to advocate effectively for clients in both family law and civil matters, offering strategic counsel in and out of the courtroom.
